This home has 3 bedrooms that have ensuite baths + every bedroom includes your own walk in closet. When you venture into the basement you'll find an amazing movie room + arcade room. Send the kids to the basement to play while the adults can enjoy the serenity upstairs.
When you walk out onto the back patio, you'll find outdoor seating + a luxury Jacuzzi Tub. Follow the steps down to the dock or use our handicap accessible hillivator. At the bottom you'll find water toys and a sauna that fits 3.

PET POLICY
-Manhattan Point is pet friendly with prior approval, a signed pet addendum, and a fee of $50 per day. Max 2 pets allowed. Fee applied to reservation after booking is made. On top of the pet fee, there will be an additional fee starting at $150 if we deem there is damage to the property regarding your pets stay.
