“We had the most wonderful stay in Katie's Cottage. We met the lovely host Caroline on arrival and we couldn't have gotten a warmer welcome. There was fresh scones with jam and butter and a bottle of wine in the fridge. The house was absolutely immaculate with loads of fresh towels and bed linen. The beds were really comfy and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. The surrounding area is stunning and the cottage was a great base to explore all of this. “The location and the property were both superb... Mary the owner ought to be cloned for every B&B. She was THE BEST....loved our interactions with her. This is a place to be highly recommended and it comes with resident donkeys. One could not ask for more. Warmer and sunnier, maybe. But hey, it's Ireland! We did have some sun!”
