The communication with the host was great while we were there, but really poor before and after the stay. We needed to alter our travel plans prior to arriving and I had to threaten to cancel the stay to get their attention. Since leaving, I have contacted them about an item we left behind and still have not heard from them. We'll……

“This property was perfect for a trip to NYC as it is located 5 minutes from the train station. We were able to take the train to Yankee Stadium and that was about 30 minutes. The train stops right at the stadium! We also took the train into Grand Central then took a short walk to Times Square to catch a Broadway Show. I highly recommend this place! ”

“The property was exactly as described in VRBO; nothing fancy but just fine. The add-on for "insurance" made the unit unnecessarily expensive (in my case anyway). You also might consider adding pasteurized 1/2 & 1/2 that doesn't require refrigeration & dark roast for coffee drinkers to the Keurig cabinet. Many thanks for your thoughtfulness and help. “We stayed here when visiting familiy and wanted to be able to easily get around Westchester as well as easily get to NYC. The location was fantastic. We could park outside easily and it was a very quick walk to the center of town for restaurants and shops and the train to NYC, as well as a short walk to the harbor park. The accommodation is great - it's a quiet location, roomy, perfect for a family. The couch in the photos looks tiny but was full size in reality. The kitchen is a bit outdated in……

“Quiet street, everything we needed! Comfy King Bed and 4 King Pillows, Linens smelled so fresh! We appreciated the king bedroom had nightstand lamps. Plenty of toilet paper, premium paper towel roll, dish soap, sponge, "clean" hand soaps, a (split unit) AC in every room with their own thermostats. Laundry in Kitchen was very useful. (Don't use washer late at night, spin cycle is very loud/vibration though!) We found some laundry soap packets on shelf. Yay!Great space, great deck patio. So……

“Unit was centrally located in downtown White Plains but trying to deal with the owner/manager was awkward. The contacts were to a business office so contacts were different we called. No answer in business office after hours? We had to contact VRBO for entrance info? The owner sent us required questions while on air travel? Why couldn't they have sent the info a day earlier so we had the required info to enter the unit. Overall, the unit was as described and clean. It would have been nice……
