“Conveniently located. Clean. Well equipped and surprisingly quiet despite being near I-26. Super cute. The property manger is very responsive especially if anything comes up. While this property isn’t quite as nice as one of their other ones I stayed in during a past visit, it is definitely above average for the price. If I had to offer constructive feedback it would be to include in the resource book that running the microwave and air fryer at the same time will trip the breaker (and where the……

“This was a very clean and comfortable apartment. It was well decorated and just plain cozy. We were in town to watch a nephew play with the Johnson City Doughboys and it turned out this place was only about 5 min from the stadium! Added unforeseen benefit! We were able to bring our dog as well. We were able to get around Johnson City and the surrounding area easily. And there is an adorable front porch to relax on. ”

“We had a quick one-night stay at this lovely downtown apartment loft. It is very clean & cute and had everything we could have needed. Our kids were excited to stay in a "luxury loft" b/c we usually stay in cabins on our way back from the Outer Banks. It is within walking distance to so many restaurants & shops, and a short drive to the Johnson City Doughboys baseball stadium, which was fun! Our only complaint would be feeling a little uneasy about the large number of homeless people that are……

“This small apartment met our needs for our stay during our recent mission trip to Johnson City. Booking process was simple. The apartment was easily accessible by a flight of stairs. “Everything was great once we got in. We are older...in our 70s, so the unpredictable parking options and the many steps to climb with luggage were undesirable challenges for us. The apartment is immaculate though. Having a restaurant downstairs was convenient.”
