“Hilton Garden Inn in Gastonia, NC pulled out all the stops. We were there for a baseball tournament and the location was perfect for our team! It was in a great location with food and shopping options within walking distance and a short drive to both stadiums. The staff was very nice and accommodating, the room was spacious, very nice, and clean. It was overall a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again!”
“Was not pleased we couldn’t check into our room until 4:25. Check in time is 3. This made us 15 minutes late for receiving of friends for our loved one. We were immediate family. Very poor service trying to get a room ready for us. Was told they were full and no clean rooms. For 1 hour and 25 minutes??? Not Acceptable! ”
