“Everything was great for our Bach Party weekend! Only downside was the neighbor lady next door to the right of the property was yelling at us for swimming and “being too loud” at 7pm on Friday night. She was also taking photos of our cars and license plates that were on the drive way to “check the property line.” We were told this was a regular occurrence from other neighbors and to just ignore her and have fun.Great place to stay with friends and overall beautiful!”

“We’ve stayed at a few lake houses in a few different states, and this was hands down the BEST! Our hosts took care of everything. Matt went out of his way in his day off to teach us how to use the pontoon! The central air was perfect for hot summer days and nights! The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials for cooking in house. The porch and living room views of the lake were beautiful! They even provided snacks! So thoughtful and lovely!”

“Wonderful place to stay and the owners were excellent to correspond with when we had some questions leading up to our stay. Home was very large and absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family stay at for a near by wedding. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood which was just what we were looking for. ”

“My family and I had an amazing weekend. There was plenty of space for 5 adults and 2 kids. Very clean and organized. My kids loved all the kids toys and inflatable water tubes/paddle boards already there which made packing that much easier. We also loved that we could dock our own boat right on the lake so we could take it out anytime we wanted. “What a wonderful property for an extended stay with family. To easy check-in the property had things for all ages. Kitchen great size for several to be in at once. Nice space on main level to lounge and see the lake. The upstairs theater was a plus for family movie night. Enjoyed lake swimming, trampoline and the shallow water for littles. Fishing was good. We can’t wait to return next year!”

“Kitchen was awesome had everything you would want. We have been burnt a few times not having anything to work with. Not here all supplied. The entire place was livin ready, bring some food and move in. One huge selling point was the space and the huge deck with out an exit outside. The Grandkids could be on the deck while you relax enjoying the water view. Only way off the deck was back through the house.”

“This was our second time staying here, and we had a great stay once again! The property was clean, had a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds- everything I remembered from our first visit. “The Elk River Escape was an awesome place for my wife and I to get away and celebrate our anniversary! It is a beautiful area around the house and plenty of nature to enjoy. Had some nice walks when the weather was accommodating, and when it was too hot or raining, the flat screen TV with the movie theater recliners were top-notch!
