They were hesitant on getting back to us so we could leave our stuff there even though I know the room wasn’t ready. They could at least say yes leave your stuff there . We’ll put it to the room once it! Until further on they told us that which we lost half a day! I expect more Communication and understanding that people come for far away for them to act like this! ”

“Our stay in Batalha could have started out poorly as William notified us the night before our arrival that our reservation had not recorded properly, and there was no availability for our first night. He quickly made the situation right by finding us a great hotel in town for the first night. Olive Hill is as nice as it looks in the photos, and clearly William is cut out for his second career in hospitality. We’d definitely stay there again.”
