“We turned up at the hotel for a 3nights extended bank holidays weekend just to find out that the hotel was privatised and fully booked with nowhere to sleep in town or in the neighbouring villages !!! Owner refused to speak to Hotels.com since apparently he has only signed a contract with Expedia (but didn’t acknowledge it was the same company!) and refused to speak English... Hotels.com was not able to sort it out not find anywhere else and we had to drive back home 3hrs in the other direction……

“We love staying at this unique place. It’s rustic and traditional in a way that is so rare now. We always sleep so well here and the hosts are friendly and welcoming. It’s a perfect stop on the way to the alps but we always wish we could stay longer too. ”
