This home features a cozy living area with a Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, and an impressive gas grill. Utilize the dock and coast around the ocean or enjoy an inshore fishing trip or deep sea fishing trip. Crystal River is also a hotspot for scallop season! For the shoppers, downtown is less than 3 miles away. Wind down next to the fire pit and cook s’mores with the kids. Large screened in room with living and dining. Completely updated. The perfect place on the water

What a great place to stay. The home is extremely well appointed with a modern living room and kitchen. There were plenty of pans and cookware. There is a grill out back and a beautiful backyard seating area by the water. We pulled our boat to the dock. The home made our Crystal River stay perfect

The Salty Sea Horse - A place to make memories

We’ve been to Crystal River every year for scalloping since 2014. Family and friends from many places come together to enjoy the water, sun, and the hunt. 😎 Communication, check in & out was easy and quick. The HOUSE is a dream, and includes everything as promised and more. Every bed was comfortable. The kitchen large and very functional. Several guests were in love with the coffee station👍 The living area was inviting and permitted everyone present to get cozy and participate in game night. There are several games provided- our favorite was Heads Up. Dockage was adequate for 2 18’ boats. Parking was also adequate. We LOVED our stay and look forward to next year!

Perfect Location

Amy's place was perfect for our boating and convenient to town! There was plenty of space for everyone during our stay. There were a lot of good basic items we could use for cooking breakfast. The porch was really nice to sit and relax. The couch was super comfy and the tv had netflix. There was also a useful charging station that had many attachment cords. I would say the only con is the bedroom underneath the bunk bed was a little hot, I would have loved a fan in the room to be able to blow additional airflow. All the bedrooms had actual fans but it still got a little hot in the bunk bedroom. I would love to come stay here again!
