I reported this hotel to the ADA , I had to be put in an ICU/CCU for 2 of my disabilities the whole stay, I ask Chris the manger could I stay to the morn of the 15th I already paid around $300 for the 11-14th. She said, “can’t do it, fully booked,”it would have allowed me with my disabilities and hospital stay and the fact the refrigerator gave way and I fell, to get my things together, I feel as a person with disabilities I was not treated equally as the other permanent residence, this room was booked with Expedia. Expedia explained why would they book over you like that knowing you may need late check out for something like could what happened did…. I sent a friend cause she has patients in that area to please ask Chris to put the DND sign on my door knob, she took it down after my friend left, Chris is very difficult to work with after my friend ldid it after about it and ,I paid Cash for the 11-14, I expedia booked through Expedia for the 11-14 and I just simply ask for an extra day to check out the manager Chris said no we are fully booked, which they do not honor. Their refrigerator unit in the room with a frozen bag of Ice fell on me,
I did not even complain, I just ask for 1 extra day since when you I’ll with my disability even with my 20/
