Step out of the back door to the manatee capitol of the world! Enjoy 2 large decks but please note, due to Florida weather right off of the ocean, they appear weather worn, but have been checked , are regularly maintained, and are safe!

***Important Update Regarding This Property: Due to recent hurricane damage, the basement level of this property is temporarily unavailable. This means the two queen beds, and the kitchenette typically located downstairs cannot be accessed. To account for these adjustments, we’ve discounted the rates to ensure you still receive great value during your stay. If you have any questions or concerns about these temporary changes, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re happy to provide additional information and do our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you for understanding, and we look forward to hosting you!***

Neighbors: This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. This helps our neighbors stay enthusiastic about our rental services. 

Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. We do not allow any house parties in our homes out of respect for neighbors and the protection of our beautiful homes. We pride ourselves in being a company that offers a pet friendly place at many of our properties please see our pet policy below

Pet Policy:

Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in, please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.

Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.

Interaction with Guests:
Crystal River is a coastal city in western Florida. Kings Bay, which is fed by springs, is home to the Crystal River National Wildlife Refuge, sheltering manatees year-round. There are many manatee snorkeling tours! Boardwalks at Three Sisters Springs Wildlife Refuge offer views of the marine mammal and the natural springs where you can do a clear kayaking tour of the area. Northwest is Crystal River Archaeological State Park, with remains of an early Native American settlement.
