The holiday flat is located on a 1200 square metre enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a separate entrance and access is via a side road (tarmac). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.DistancesShopping 800 m, restaurant 800 m, centre 800 m. Thermal bath, cinema each 5 km in Hévíz. Railway station, indoor swimming pool, sauna, discotheque, doctor, pharmacy, bank each 5 km in Keszthely. Airport in Sármellék 15 km. Railway line 5 km. Main road 450 m. Children's playground 800 m. Lake Balaton 5 km in Keszthely (beach 5 km in Keszthely with meadow and sand). Keszthely: tennis, horse riding, fishing, water sports facilities, boat mooring 5 km each. Dog beach 7 km.

Das Haus sah aus wie auf den Fotos. Es gab eine Klkmaanlage, mit der wir gar nicht gerechnet hatten (vielleicht stand es auch im Inserat und wir haben es überlesen).Ohne Auto wäre das Haus etwas schwer zu erreichen, vermutlich wird aber kaum jemand ohne Auto anreisen.Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, sie haben uns einige gute Tips für die Umgebung gegeben.
