“We are happy with our stay. Room temperature control works, hot water comes right out no waiting. Room is big and very clean. Right in the middle of the pagoda and we were able to roam around all day!!!”

“My family and I stayed 4 days, throughout the entire stay the staff was extremely hospitable! The whole experience was amazing and the scenery was breathtaking! “Definitely, this is a great hotel to visit and stay. The service is completely excellent and the dinning is fabulous to us. In our room had some problems in showing room, but the staff fixed and later change our room very quickly. We all had a very happy trip and memories there. We spend four nights!! Breakfast is nice and dinning service is even better!! Very recommend to foreigners.”

“The luxury at this property was amazing. It felt so quiet and secluded. My wife and I were travelling without our children and this resort was exactly what we needed to unwind. The room was very large and comfortable and every night they would put out mosquito nets. I get devoured by mosquitos whenever I travel but I didn't seem to have any issues here. The breakfast options were good and the restaurant was good too.”

“Great experience at Hidden Charm Hotel, staff were friendly and the room was tidy and clean. Location of hotel is very convenient to nearby tourist spots such as Tam Coc for boat tour and Hang Mua for hiking. Definitely one of the best hotels in Ninh Binh.”

“1.BaiDinh飯店熱水有待加強，住宿的第一天使用三至五分鐘即無熱水可用，第二天狀況有改善，設備應加強與更新。2.因熱水器缺失，從二樓換至一樓，依然出現同樣問題，但員工對於熱水器缺失不以為意，表示因為使用不當或過度，並非設備缺失，態度不佳，疑似以越南文與其同事抱怨。3.BaiDinh飯店與BaiDinh古剎寺宇比鄰，如有安排同名園區的行程，建議入住此飯店，約三點五小時可以飽覽周遭景色，如行程於下午二至三時開始，更能享受百萬夜景。”

“旅館主人非常好客，儘管我們很晚才到，他們還是滿臉笑容，早餐有豐盛的香蕉鬆餅、水果、咖啡、果汁，頂樓有美麗風景的餐廳，還有漂亮的透天游泳池，可以看到陸龍彎的山景。旅館也很貼心的提供便宜的機車租借，還有叫車服務，因為這裡離市區有段路，基本上很難叫到grab!!整體來說是很棒的體驗！”

“We (family of four (2 + 2 adult children)) stayed for 2 nights in June. Location: hotel is located away from the main tourist area and so nowhere is walkable. The hotel does have bicycles free to use which we took to cycle through some rice fields to a local village (few km round trip and flat). Rooms: large and clean. Bathrooms the same. Still with small towels - like the rest of Vietnam hotels it seems. Pool was lovely - water warm, large towels provided and drinks available. Restaurant -……

“This is a lovely resort that offers peace and calm after coming from Hanoi. The grounds are lush with an inviting swimming pool. They offer bikes that you can ride around on which was lots of fun. The rooms are well appointed. Be aware you are not really close to amenities but taking a bike or a Grab to go into town to eat is very easy. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. We can recommend staying here! ”
