“Let me be forthright: You cannot stay here. Why? The pervasive rotting seaweed stench from the Pinel Island Ferry Dock smells like a sewerage processing plant. I offered to negotiate with the “Host” a fair settlement equal to 3.5 days of the 7 days I booked despite the less than 20 hours I spent on the property. However the “Host” would not communicate.
