“Sub standard, had problem contacting owner to gain entry, location not ideal, pool unusable, dog foul all over the garden, only stayed one night out of the seven and had to find alternative accommodation the host was drunk on arrival not the experience we would expect our recommendation would be to avoid this place”

Bob (the owner) is fabulous, helpful in every way and very knowledgable about the local area and the places worth visiting. We stayed for six weeks with our dog and would thoroughly recommend the house for those who want to relax and enjoy the countryside... as well as the river, Negratin Reservoir is close by.
