"Shower cubicle was dirty and had dirt and dust marks all the way round. Not very much shower gel, family of 3 and only given x1 hand towel and x1 bath towel, 2 cups and 2 glasses. The noise from the room above was horrendous, the foot steps vibrated right through."

"Booked two double rooms. Night staff only gave me one, and I had to stand firm and show my booking online to get the 2nd room. 2nd room then ended up being a twin. We complained in the morning, and were told that we had to email the owner, and they would then decide what to do with the complaint ..."

"It’s a very cosy cottage. Near many attractions and lovely country pubs with excellent food. Unfortunately the weather was not great but still able to get out every day. The super kings bed was very comfortable, a real change from other properties we have stayed in."
