“What a great find. This was our final pit stop on our cross Canada road trip, and what a beautiful, peaceful spot to finish it off with. We booked this last minute, but it exceeded our expectations, and host Sheri has truly thought about everything you may need as a guest. “We had a great vacation in Chilliwack. Tracy has a space the is quiet and remote while also being about 10-15 minutes from everything. “We stayed at this beautiful place with a few friends on David Guetta’s concert night in Abbotsford. Everything was great. Some of our other friends couldn’t find a place to stay in town and Oscar was so kind to offer accommodating additional guests free of charge. Looking forward to coming back there for another gathering.”

Poor Customer Services

"Overall everything is ok, expect one front desk staff have very poor customer service. My partner left his backpack at the lobby couch after we checked out. It was around an hour when we found out the backpack was left there. So we call the hotel and ask if they can check the couch for us, staff who picked up the call didn’t even checked and strongly confirmed that she did not receive anything at the front desk. As soon as we were back to the hotel we ask the front desk who worked on 1/4/2025 in the afternoon, who I assume it’s the same person who picked up my call. We asked her again if they have found the backpack, she said “we haven't found anything yet”, while I was trying to play a sound on my IPad which is in the bag, and immediately I heard the ringing sound was coming from her office. So then why she keep saying ‘No’. We were pretty disappointed to this specific staff’s poor customer services. "
