“This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. The location is good and the owner is great. Kim is very responsive. We had an issue with the temperature in the place and Kim addressed it quickly and attentively; and it was resolved. Even my dog was comfortable staying there. He usually barks when we leave him alone (crated), but he didn't while there. ”

“What a wonderful property! We loved the privacy of our site and the outdoor area was so fun and relaxing for my partner and I! The hot tub was a hit for him and provided much pain relief and I loved having the ability to cook on the griddle/grill combo! We met Wes on our way out and had a wonderful talk about the area and local culture- he was very knowledgeable and friendly. We both hope to be back for another visit soon! ”

“the house and property are marvelous. Some GPS devices will have you pass the house up. as soon as you turn over the bridge the house is the first property on the left. We are coming back again in August. Definitely recommend. ”

The owner was also very flexible in extending our check out time by a little bit since the checkout time was 10 and we had a funeral at 1, leaving us with 3 hours of downtime. “We came in to town for Thanksgiving. We generally stay with family but wanted our own place this time around. The pictures were spot on. It is a large home and has plenty of space to spread out if needed. The beds were cozy. We spent our evenings watching tv in the living room with the fireplace on. Pretty close to everything. Quiet little neighborhood.”

“What a lovely place to stay in the mountains of southwest Virginia. We visit BSG nearly every year for a family reunion. The only decent hotel in town has seen better days and we wanted something more comfortable. This trip was my 84 year old Dad and me. He LOVED it and so did I!!!The owners took care to think of everything when renovating this house. From being able to make our fresh coffee from the provided supplies to the fabulous shower I wish I had at home — everything was perfect! We look……
