“Lovely, clean accommodation. Thoughtfully furnished and had everything we needed. We took our own linen which was fine. Picturesque views from the back of the house. Would definitely recommend.”

“Place was neat and tidy, nice yard, BBQ was covered with white mould so couldn’t use it without a really good clean, back sliding door rollers are shot so opening door was a bit awkward with one hand full. Over all a nice place but for the price a little bit more attention to detail required. ”

“Pine pint is a beautiful Place we will come again ,but the barbecue caught on fire as it wasnt cleaned properly and it would be very helpful if there was a washing machine at the property.”

“Wasnt told gas bottle for bbq was empty and had to fill myself and get reimbursed which i didnt refill used my own gas....bbq wasnt properly cleaned...previous guest medication from February 2024 still infridge...overall clenliness was ok”

“The place was excellent with plenty of open kitchen & dining space as well as more private spots to read a book or chill out. In terms of location its absolutely perfect. The house is barely 2 minutes walk from the beach and fronts onto a walking trail leading to a local reserve. There's an outdoor shower which is great for containing the beach mess if you have a large group. Black Point is great for paddleboarding and was only 30 min drive from Watsacowie Brewery in Minlaton. The only downside……
