“Local manager was very friendly, responsive and accommodating. The unit was new and of great quality, nicely decorated but being new construction there were some convenience features and amenities that were lacking. (No towel rods, hooks, no where to hang anything, no shelves in bathroom, kitchen equipment was sparse). The real issue was looking out to a murky pool, denuded landscape and lackluster peek a boo view of the water. We booked based on photos of the pool and we were hoping to use it……

“We loved our stay! Our flight was cancelled and we came a day late. Joy and Dom were so helpful and flexible with all of our changes. The apartment is very comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast on the deck every morning. Big plus that there were beach chairs and an umbrella available too! ”

“The rental was perfectly described. It was VERY clean, cozy for just me, and in a great location. It is only a two minute drive into Governors Harbor, the epicenter of the island, and lots of dining options. Cupids Cay, just 3 minutes away, is the perfect spot to view and photograph the island's famous sundowns, and if you're lucky, you'll get a visit from a local "potcake" dog! I would most definitely stay here again!”

“Wonderful stay! Apartment had all necessary creature comforts. Dom met us when we arrived and gave us some insight about the area. We really enjoyed the laid back nature of the island. Beaches are spectacular! Tippy’s, Buccaneer’s Club, La Bougainvillea! We will be back!!!!”

“Great central location! Beautiful area and the accommodations were very nice and perfect for what we wanted. John was so helpful providing us with information on the area and was very accommodating. He was very prompt answering any questions we had too. It was reassuring that he had a generator in case the power went out which is a common occurrence on the island. Also, it was super convenient renting a vehicle from him as well. The vehicle was in great condition and you could tell it was……

“We had a great stay! The place is beautiful and has everything you could need, even a steamer pot so we could cook our stone crab claws. The beach chairs and umbrella were very handy. It is in town so at times can be loud with people and cars but is convenient to most things. Joy was helpful, giving us recommendations for shops. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!”

“Overall, I enjoyed the layout of the house. I do not think it should an expectation to replace toilet paper and paper towels. This is a first for me. The location was convenient but a bit noisy.”
