“Beautiful location, quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to Cottage Grove and Eugene for anything you need. Very private. We enjoyed the daily visits of wild turkeys, deer and ptarmigan. The house was very clean, and attractive, if a bit lacking in things that might make it a bit more homey, like pictures. But that's a small thing overall when you can sit on the deck and see beautiful scenery.”

“This is a great property! There was plenty of space, including room to sleep four. The kitchen and bathroom were very well stocked, and it was nice having laundry on site. Great location in a neighborhood where we felt safe and comfortable. Additionally, communication with the owners before, during, and after our stay was excellent. Definitely recommend. ”

“Property was well organized with all the necessities/amenities that made our stay that much more comfortable. Perhaps instructions on how to operate front door lock would be helpful. Otherwise, everything else was perfect. Thank you! ”

“Pretty bummed that we did not get any response from the host when requesting the access to the place on the day of check in. They eventually responded after multiple emails on day 2. We had to find accommodations to cover the first night and there was no offer for compensation. The internet wasn't working and the water was shut off on the 3rd day. My employees live out of their suitcases and count on lodging to be a seamless process. This was not that. Would not recommend for these reasons.”

“Had a lovely time and the communication with the property owner was great. This home is a great central location for biking, hiking and activities at Dorena Lake while also being close to town. This has become one of our annual must do's each year.”
