“My husband and our two sons came up to visit my older children, they live in nearby towns. Wanted a comfortable place we could stay that wasn’t cramped like a hotel. The place was very nice and clean, we really enjoyed our stay, very much caught up in the historical structure of the building. it has some very uniqueness, my husband being a carpenter by trade was very impressed!!! The only thing that would have made the trip better would have been the weather, no one can control that, would……

“Spent four nights, with this Clearfield property being our home base, from which to visit my wife’s brother and some of her high school classmates in the Morrisdale/Philipsburg area. The property was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped as was the bath. Smaller TV in the living area has cable. TV in bedroom sits too low to enjoy in bed. Bed is firm and comfortable. Plenty of hot water for showers.The other occupants of this building are tenants so you can expect to hear sounds from……

“We were informed that the 2nd and 3rd floors are in the process of being renovated and the 1st floor will turn into a spa once the 2nd and 3rd are complete. With that being said theres a decent amount of noticeable things you wouldnt see in a standard rental however you have to keep in mind the rental is transitioning in the future to a spa.The rental had temporary heat options which did a good job at heating the facility however we didnt feel comfortable leaving the main heat source (gas……

“Comfortable, warm, and welcoming. We came to see the groundhog and spend some time together and really enjoyed our stay! The bed was very nice and the shower had plenty of hot water! I was able to cook lovely meals on the gas range whilst listening to Frank Sinatra and Elvis on the record player in the kitchen. Cooking is better on gas and music is better on vinyl! The views out the windows were lovely! Would love to come again someday!”
