“It was relaxing and peaceful. We all had a great time. Mario the groundskeeper was very helpful and has maintained the property well. The perfect home to have a large family. Easy access to the beach and the pool was a huge plus. I highly recommend staying here especially if you have a lot of people and if you have kids. ”

“Check in was easy. Read through everything as most questions we had were answered in a few paragraphs they send before arrival. If you are staying anywhere else, use this as your last stop because nothing else will compare. We stayed in a vrbo in San Miguel and a Hostel in Ataco, this was a great way to end our time in El Salvador. The host is very responsive, it is close to everything. WalMart is less than a mile away, the saviour monument is 2 blocks away. Plenty of street vendors if you are……

“Obvious that the unit has been used as a rental for a while. Bare necessities provided (toilet paper, towels) but no extra supplies so bring your own. One TV in living room only, none in master bedroom. Good value for the money.”

“First of all, if you see the ad, it does not tell you that it is a Cuarteria (all bunch of rooms...) so the pool is not private and it is filthy green with lime and dirty, you can not stand inside the pool, better say, you do not want to get into that pool. The apt was never clean, the toiletries were not given properly, we had to buy our toilet paper, the soap dispenser was broken, the ad says, Queen size bed...it is a lie, it is a twin bed, and we are a couple, hardly sleep on that bed, I am……

“The stay was excellent. The car is safe in gated community. The pool was clean and not cold. Nice to be right in front of the beach, though my unit was not facing the beach. The culture in that area includes EARLY morning truck vendors passing by blaring the items they were selling...didn't last long. Would definitely recommend this beautiful place. ”

“The property needs lots of TLC, spire webs and ants everywhere inside the house, rip furnitures, the gate keepers were really rude, check in time 7:00pm when usually is 4pm but check out time is 4pm. Not full access to the property since we need to ask the gate keepers to open and close the gate to go out.. since check in was at 7 and wanted to go to El tunco at night we were told that we were not allowed to go out after 9 that gate closed at 9 pm.. totally a bad experience.
