“Excelente! Apartamento com tudo novo, boa estrutura conforme anunciado, anfitrião muito acessível e prestativo. Vi que alguém reclamou das portas/janelas estarem danificados, mas estão perfeitas! São modelos com vedação dupla contra som e frio e abrem em dois sentidos, horizontal (porta) e vertical (ventilação). Boa localização 10 minutos da estação de trem a pé. Não tenho nada a reclamar e certamente me hospedaria novamente.”

“The apartment is very clean and laid out well. 4 Balconies a fish tank, great sound system. I would love to stay here again. ”

“The check in experience was appalling, despite reaching out to the property ahead of the 3pm time, check in information was given the information only at 5pm because they forgot to send me the link ahead for the cleaning fees. I am travelling with a toddler and luggages so we checked in at another hotel nearby. On top of that the adress of the flat was not the one I booked ..The property said they would get back to me the next day. Which they never did. Apart from that the flat was nice, clean.……

“Tout c’est très bien passé: le message de hôte est clair, l’arrivée simple à l’horaire libre. Tout est parfaitement propre. Petite attention agréable de la part du hôte : bouteille du vin au réfrigérateur. Saune et spa comme sur l’annonce, bien propres. L’aménagement sympathique. Vraiment bien pensé en détailles pour passer un agréable moment en couple. Bravo et 5 étoiles sans hésiter !”

“The host is not capable to communicate”

“Kommunikation war mühsam, trotz schriftlicher Kommunikation via Hotels.com-Chat wurden wir von einer Mitarbeiterin zwecks CheckIn angerufen um einen Termin zu vereinbaren. Dieser muss 30min vor Ankunft erneut telefonisch bestätigt werden. Nur um dann zu erfahren, dass der Schlüssel in der Box deponiert ist. Informationen betreffend Checkout haben wir 6Stunden nach Checkout-Termin erhalten.. Bad, insbesondere Dusche sind stark verkalckt ansonsten sauber. Zentrale Lage in Dudelange.”

“Le logement était très sécurisé facile d'accès. Très spacieux avec de belles pièces notamment le grand espace salon cuisine et les 2 grandes chambres. Très bien insonorisé aucun bruit extérieurs. Par contre nous avons été extrêmement choqués de constater que la criminalité (dealers, prostitution, agressions,... et j'en passe, fasse partie du décor et, ce à tout juste 50 mètres de la résidence où nous avons séjourner et de très bonne heure il était 21h. Nous étions 4 adultes, et nous avons été……

“We enjoyed our stay but would have appreciated parking info as we received a parking ticket. Average household items missing like paper towels dish towels. No info left for us about the area or detailed check out instructions. The apartment was clean and spacious. ”
