“Apartment is very spacious and modern. It was a very comfortable stay while we were there and in a good location. The host is extremely helpful and helped us out when we had trouble getting to town and was late getting to the airport. Great place to stay!! ”

“Tout c’est très bien passé: le message de hôte est clair, l’arrivée simple à l’horaire libre. Tout est parfaitement propre. Petite attention agréable de la part du hôte : bouteille du vin au réfrigérateur. Saune et spa comme sur l’annonce, bien propres. L’aménagement sympathique. Vraiment bien pensé en détailles pour passer un agréable moment en couple. Bravo et 5 étoiles sans hésiter !”

“Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit dans ce superbe appartement ultra moderne ! Le parking est aussi très sécurisé. Pour les futures occupants, la porte pour accéder à l'appartement est vraiment au fond à droite après le parking à vélo. Et dans l'appartement, il y a la poubelle et le lave vaisselle sous l'évier ! N'étant pas habitués à autant de luxe, nous avons un peu cherché et fait beaucoup de "hooo et haa !". Bref un excellent séjour et Johny est très sympa. À noter que le canapé lit……

“De beschrijving van VRBO verschilt van de voorwaarden van de verhuurder. Dit leidde tot een discussie 1 dag voor vertrek en is niet opgelost. Ontwijkend gedrag door verhuurder ”

“The check in experience was appalling, despite reaching out to the property ahead of the 3pm time, check in information was given the information only at 5pm because they forgot to send me the link ahead for the cleaning fees. I am travelling with a toddler and luggages so we checked in at another hotel nearby. On top of that the adress of the flat was not the one I booked ..The property said they would get back to me the next day. Which they never did. Apart from that the flat was nice, clean.……

“Kommunikation war mühsam, trotz schriftlicher Kommunikation via Hotels.com-Chat wurden wir von einer Mitarbeiterin zwecks CheckIn angerufen um einen Termin zu vereinbaren. Dieser muss 30min vor Ankunft erneut telefonisch bestätigt werden. Nur um dann zu erfahren, dass der Schlüssel in der Box deponiert ist. Informationen betreffend Checkout haben wir 6Stunden nach Checkout-Termin erhalten.. Bad, insbesondere Dusche sind stark verkalckt ansonsten sauber. Zentrale Lage in Dudelange.”

“Het appartement is ruim en voorzien van alle gemakken, het is er schoon en netjes. Ik vond het bed aan de smalle kant, niet wat ik gewend ben. De locatie, midden in de stad is ideaal. We vonden het heerlijk om er te verblijven. Jammer dat er in het begin iets misging in de communicatie, waardoor de instructies om het gebouw binnen te komen pas na contact met Expedia via een mail duidelijk werden.”
