"Pool was "Freezing" and the hot tub "was not hot". It was colder than the pool. Old lady and her daughter live in the house. The old lady try to micromanage everybody. She is not the owner but thinks she is and has authority over everything. Nice house. Just bad rules.Too strict for young people. ..."

"Only 2 partial rolls of tp provided, what was on the roll, for the bathrooms, no spare. One partial roll of paper towels. Had to chase down the info at 36 hours prior. Guide had no property address, no door code, wrong Internet password and gate code was lost in email. No directions given about which ..."
