“Very helpful staff, very friendly staff. Clean & lovely ”

“The half board option was good, some thing were new everything and overall pretty good. Most of the staff were great, however some of the local staff such as those preparing food weren’t the most friendly. The non local staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a room on the ground floor which was ok, nothing amazing however it was sufficient and was reasonably maintained. These looked a bit dated and can do with a refurb. I’d certainly stay however not sure I’d stay in this specific……

“Great location, just 250m from the beach, but with a fairly large pool and plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas/shade. Very good breakfast selections should suit all tastes. Front desk staff were extremely helpful and entertainments team were very enthusiastic and energetic, both during the day and for the evening entertainment. The hotel is about a 30 mins walk from the harbour, or a short 2 Euro bus ride from just outside the hotel for the less energetic.”

“I spent 3 nights during the Easter holidays and really enjoyed my time. The location is excellent and is one of the closer hotels to the airport while being in the tourist area of the city. The rooms were clean and in good condition. The pools, the gym, the spa, and the restaurants, all were of top quality. They had events happening throughout the day to keep you engaged and entertained. Last but not the least, the staff were the friendliest I have seen in a while. Special mention for the guest……

“Wir waren für 5 Nächte mit unseren Kindern und hatten ein Family Zimmer. Das Essen war hervorragend, das Personal herzlich und unser Aufenthalt dadurch unvergesslich. ”

“酒店很大，我们去的时候有个会议，夜生活丰富，海景非常美，有码头，离coral bay 非常近。不错的体验。早餐也挺好。还有在外面练瑜伽的。”

“The location of this hotel is very far from the city center of phfos (90 mins bus). We arrive the hotel at around 8 pm and the reception said there is no room available in the hotel. The reception said there is a room nearby and provide us only one return taxi for it but did not give us the detail location of the new allocated room. It takes 45 mins taxi up the hill to the new room. When we arrived the new room, it is not a hotel,just a normal apartment hold by other company and do not have any……
