“My parents, my husband, son and I stayed at this farmhouse for two nights while we explored the area around Kensington where my parents grew up in the 1930's. The location is super beautiful and peaceful. We loved watching the birds feed, the deer, and all of the flowers and trees. The quiet was spectacular. We also saw sandhill cranes, trumpeter swans and other wildlife. The house was so clean and had everything we could want. The kitchen was so well stocked with dishes and other amenities.……

“The house worked well for our 7 family members. Quiet neighborhood, not too much traffic going by. Grandkids enjoyed fishing and swimming.”

“We had a great two week stay with family coming and going as they could. Lots of fun on the water and land with fishing, tubing and yard games. All ages from 3yrs to 70 years of age had great time. The property had three styles of grills for cookouts. Lots of room with the 5 bedrooms. Lots of area to lounge or gather, large yard. Many compliments from visitors on the choice. Good clean lake for water sports, fishing and swimming. As with a lot of the lakes there are zebra mussels, so lake shoes……

“There were 8 of us in our group on a weekend motorcycle ride from Hartford SD. We started up to Fargo and then across into MN. Stopped in Hancock for supper at Buddies. Excellent supper and people!!! Had to wait out a storm so pulling into the VRBO and being able to park all 6 bikes into the garage was fantastic! Property was gorgeous and we will be planning another trip! The only complaint we had is that we were not staying longer than one night!! We will definitely come back! Thank you!!! ”

The game room was a huge hit with everyone, providing endless entertainment, especially when we had a rainy day. We also loved spending time on the lake, which offered beautiful views and great fishing. Scott and Kathy were fantastic hosts, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation.……

“This house is the perfect place for a friends or family trip. There are three bedrooms on the top floor, and the basement is basically an open area with 3, full size, bunk beds. We had 5 adult couples, and we fit comfortably. 2 couples shared the basement space, with the remaining having their own rooms on the top floor. May be suited better for families with kids, since all of the bedrooms, except one, had bunk beds, but for our weekend it worked perfectly. The bathrooms were clean, and the……

It was very clean, kitchen was stock with cookware, and utensils. Love the coffee bar area, it was utilized every day. The views on the property amazing.
