“The hotel staff and security are super friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome. There were however some annoying hiccups when I checked in with cleanliness in the room I was given and I had to ask to be switched to a new room. The rooms are stylish and the beds and bedding absolutely luxurious. I didn't want to get out of bed and looked forward to sleeping - possibly the best thing about this hotel.
