Welcome to this BRAND NEW home in Magnolia Cove on Lake Martin! Enjoy the resort style neighborhood pool and hot tub, dog park and everything this location has to offer by boat! This home sits a short walk to your designated boat slip. This home features an open den and dining area along with laundry room, half bath and primary bedroom all on the main floor. French doors open to a huge, covered patio with additional dining and seating overlooking the wooded back yard. The large primary has a walk in closet, large bathroom and zero entry shower. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, each with two queen beds. There are also two built in bunks in the loft separating the two bedrooms, along with a full size bathroom. Seconds from Niffers, this location is amazing by water or boat!

No hot water and poor communication

The house itself is pretty and in a nice location. The upstairs shower does not put out hot water. It puts out Luke warm water and after about 5 min there is no more hot water. Tried to get in touch with the host about the issue and they didn’t respond for several hours and when they did they never resolved the issue. This left us with one working shower for 6 adults and A child for the duration of our stay. The coffee pot filter was not cleaned in between stays and there was no dish sponge provided. We did not have working WiFi for the first night at this home due to an outage in the area. Also the bed sheets were dirty its dog paw prints.

Best vacation home 😁

Our family of 10 stayed comfortably in this home! It is so beautiful and the beds are so comfy!! Easy access to the water. Cant wait for tge pool to be open, it will put the cherry on top of the cake! We will be back next year for sure!!
