“This is our second time staying at this condo. It's perfect! It has a dedicated boat slip, and the water is just a few steps away. The patio has two entrances, one from the master bedroom, the other from the den. It's very quiet here. Never heard our neighbors.Kitchen was well stocked. Master bed very comfortable. We did not utilize the sleeper sofa.You are really close to Harbor Point Marina and The Landing (great food and drink). Just outside the entrance to the neighborhood is a nice……

“We enjoyed our stay for our annual 2 family vacation. Plenty of beds, nice living room space and really nice decks. The location is great. Everyone especially enjoyed the pool table. I really enjoyed using the blackstone grill and Weber. ”

“House is amazing and well stocked with dishes, glasses, and utensils. 3 washer/dryers, 3 refrigerators, AMPLE parking, close to grocery and pizza place. Boat dock will handle 2 boats under cover and a third on the side. Dock is large. Porch is huge, shaded with fans. Eating area was big enough for 22 people. Kids loved the fire pit area. House had several canoes and paddles. There is a grill. The cove is calm and not very crowded and the boat ramp is very close by. This is our second year there……

“Long weekend 4th of July trip and we had an awesome time! This house has a really nice view and having some kayaks was a plus! Plenty of seating outside. You will not find better hosts! We would stay here again.”

“We absolutely loved the house! Wonderful views, especially at sunset! The house was very clean when we arrived and was great to relax at after boating and swimming. The dock was great for tying the boat up to and getting in the water for a swim. We also enjoyed the the outside bbq grills. We would absolutely stay at this property again! ”

“Everything was great. Only negative is that the outside decks and gazebo needed cleaning. Lots of spider webs, hornet nest underneath swing, and windows needed cleaning. Just looked like no one had been there for a while. All else was fantastic. Exactly what we needed for a family getaway.”
