Since it was February, we appreciated all of the cozy blankets and pillows for our use. You can tell that the Bickle sisters put a lot of effort into making sure you have a fantastic experience.”

“There are quite a few things to be aware of with this property. 1. Dock boards are loose and when you walk they move. A few of the kids lost several layers of skin from stubbing their toes when fishing. 2. Cleanliness was around a 5/10 3. No window coverings to keep the room dark in the morning so everyone was up at 6:30 4. Fishing rods were completely a mess and I took 4 hours to clean them up for use. 5. The view is spectacular, great neighbors on both sides, the beds were very low end……

“We booked this place for a family gathering we had. We had no communication from the property manager regarding how to check in. I messaged through Vrbo, as well as to the phone number and called with no response. I had to call Vrbo to get ahold of her and we finally got our arrival details 2 hours after we were supposed to be able to check in. Upon arrival there were no towels and barely any toilet paper. One of the bed had no sheets and another had no duvet. We found the duvet soaking wet in……

“We had a wonderful time at this cottage. It is exactly as advertised. Enough room for the 9 of us and lots to do. We especially enjoyed the garage setup with the ping pong table and pool table as well as the lakefront view and hot tub. Ricky was a great host. He was very attentive and responsive. I hope to rebook again in the future.”

“Great little getaway if you’re looking for some peace and quiet. It’s a beautiful property: well maintained, clean, and peaceful. The trailer is quite spacious and the bunky is very nice as well. The hosts are lovely people! They provide you with firewood for the fire pit, which is very generous. Unfortunately we didn’t have great weather, but the hosts were so thoughtful and ensured we were warm and taken care of. Thank you so much for the great hospitality!”
