Welcome to the A frame cabin! A 3/2 sitting on two beautiful acres in the heart of Dahlonega. Enjoy our two floors offering a spacious living and dinning area with beautiful front and back porches. Our rental is equipped with WiFi, direct tv stream, smart entry, and free parking.

Our cabin is two stories. You’ll find one bedroom and separate bathroom on the ground floor, and two bedrooms with a full hallway bath upstairs.

PETS: pets are allowed for an extra $25 fee. This must be paid or you can be subject to a fine. Please watch after your pet and create them if you do at home. Our backyard is not fenced and you are responsible for watching after them inside and out.

BUGS/ANIMALS: due to being in the woods we do our best to protect ourselves and guests from having any issues. Please advise we use professional cleaning and exterminating.

We are located in a NO hoa community of home owners and rentals. We ask that you please be cautious of those around you and follow all house rules. One of our neighbors has a rooster. As we sit on two acres, you will occasionally here it. We firmly believe this will not interfere with your stay. Instead, be apart of the overall mountain experience.

Overrated

This is the first time ever that I have not given a five star rating. My sister and I arrived to a to find a chemical smell that caused stinging to our eyes and an instant headache. I also had trouble breathing. Contacted the property owner who admitted that the guest prior to us poured grease down the drain but that her cleaners only use safe cleaning products. Spent my first few hours of vacation time trying to come to a resolution with owner and VRBO. So while on the phone it would have been nice to sit on the front or back porch. Unfortunately they weren’t close to what was pictured- the furniture was filthy and definitely hadn’t been cleaned in months or since pics were taken. Also, carpenter bees were nesting in the overhang with shaved wood on the back stairs and deck. Finally left the windows open and went and got dinner. By the time we got back smell was somewhat dissipated and I stayed in the upstairs bedroom because smell was concentrated by kitchen sink. Very overrated place with all goods (towels, linens,etc.) that appeared to be from Walmart. All we got from the owner was we trust in our cleaners, no I’m so sorry, no suggestions on what we could do - she just wanted her money and was not letting us out of the 2 nights or even 1. Worst experience ever with an owner and VRBO.

Graduation trip

We had family come to Dahlonega for UNG graduation and stay with us. We really enjoyed our stay. It was convenient to everything we needed. Katie made the stay enjoyable and was always quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Weekend Getaway

Katie was so responsive anytime I had a question about the property. The description on line was spot on. We did hear the rooster but only one day’s worth. Only blip was the fire pit had water in it but overall, very happy with the property.
