Escape to our lovely, brand new 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian mountains. This charming home comfortably sleeps 6 guests with a king, queen, and 2 twin beds. The 2 full bathrooms offer showers, a bathtub, and hair dryers for your convenience. Amenities include heating, AC, Wi-Fi, and a washer w/dryer. Explore the beauty of Lake Zwerner and the wooded Reservoir Trail, just 1.5 miles away. Absolutely Perfect

We found this cottage absolutely perfect! The owners have thought of everything one might need while staying away from home! Plenty of supplies with all basic needs met, even extra ones like dish washing soap, clothes washing detergent, bleach, multiple games to play as well as fishing gear! It was like leaving one home and walking into your second home! Extremely comfortable! If we find ourselves back in the area this will be the first place I check to see if it is available! Great Experience at Cozy Cottage

We stayed the weekend at Cozy Cottage. It is in pristine condition and had all of the amenities. I especially enjoyed the coffee bar with an assortment of Keurig cups. The kitchen was well stocked with items usually used in cooking: salt, pepper, cooking spray, and aluminum foil. Bed was comfortable and bedrooms were spacious. We highly recommend this rental and it’s super close to town.

Dahlonega Gem

Spring break get away- perfect location, beautiful cottage. The location was center to all we wanted to see and couldn’t ask for more. Everything was clean, beds were comfy, kitchen had all utensils and appliances we needed. Dahlonega is truly a great destination and the trails and waterfalls near by were easy to get to.

Amazing Stay. Clean, Quiet, and Close to Everything.

Wow. This property is spotless and so peaceful. It feels like a home away from home. You’re also so close to everything Dahlonega has to offer. Christopher was so responsive and kind. Check in is a breeze. We will definitely book here again!
