“The property was great, excellent location. Close and convenient to town whether walking or driving. Enjoyed our time outside, tubing down the river and stopping "at home" on the way down or just watching others flow by, played corn hole, had a fire and s'mores, cooked and dined outside, relaxed on the swing and read, watched TV outside, etc. We only had a couple of items that could be improved on. There was only one hair dryer that was on the wall in one of the bathrooms, none in the bathroom……

Couldn’t ask for a better place to go for our all girls trip! ”

“The cabin was beyond gorgeous! It was only my husband and I spending two nights to relax on a long road trip in mid-July. The cabin was spotlessly clean and the owner was more than responsive. She was even there to greet us and show us all the appliances and how to work the hot tub. The upstairs has a pool table and lots of extra beds, which we didn't need this time, but I could easily see coming back with a group. But the view...oh, my...the view as fantastic! And the outside had ample seating……

“Very clean, cozy, and well-stocked. Absolutely quiet inside, no road noise at all. The fenced yard was also a bonus for the dog. Excellent communication from host, including local recommendations of things to do. We would love to come back in the winter and take advantage of the fire pit!”

“This lovely cabin is in a great location for exploring the area. The view from the porch is amazing. Kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of pots, a Keurig, lots of dishes. It is nicely furnished. We loved the hot tub and the pool table for nice relaxing evenings with the family. The road up to the cabin is a little harrowing the first time you go up. ”

“We have stayed at this beautiful riverfront home for several years, and this was another wonderful visit. Sitting on the porch and listening to the water go by, seeing deer on our walks along the quiet lane in the evening, watching the mist rise from the river in the mornings - it is instant relaxation and restores my soul. Several times we drove above the Shallowford Bridge and dropped off tubers in our group, who floated down the river and walked out right at the house - so convenient. The……
