“the room is nice and clean. kitchen is awesome, washing machines is awesome, iron is awesome, ac is awesome. i would book the room here if i visit Tokyo again! but the thing i want to said is: pls make the room on the 1st floor look more obvious so to let other guests know that there’s a room out there. 2) the slippers would stick on ur feet if u r not wearing ur socks/ when ur feet were wet.”

“這次旅程為了去吉祥寺和池袋、東京巨蛋等地方，選了走路到中央總武線大久保站4分鐘、到山手線新大久保站8分鐘的這間民宿，交通上非常便利。鄰近的韓國街除了美味的韓國烤肉還有各國料理，到晚上十點還是非常熱鬧，晚點抵達不怕餓肚子。旅館報到時間從15:00-21:00很寬裕，櫃檯英文很好，態度友善使人安心。我們住了四晚，第三天有提供清潔服務。”

“Very comfortable and functional rooms. Washing basin is separated from toilet which is a sensible design. Although not at the centre of Shinjuku, it’s only about 15 minutes walk. Close to Marunouchi Line, convenient transportation.”

“This hotel is lease than 5 minutes walking from 筑地市场with lots of seafood and sushi stands. The market closed by 3pm so we have to go back the next day morning , they open as early as 6am. We love all the food choices we tried in the market. In the evening, we walked to shopping malls in Ginza. Super convenient location for food as well as shopping. The room size is big compare to other hotela in Tokyo. Washer and kitchen in unit is very helpful. We will stay here again next time visit Tokyo.”

“If you are looking for a family friendly place to stay look no further. This property was spotless, it was a very comfortable room. Fang is an excellent host and very accommodating. She was friendly, polite and her English was excellent. It was very homey. ”

“優點：坐巴士來回機場交通相當方便，浴室美髮電器用品相當好，房間有洗烘衣機對旅客相當好，廚房用品也相當齊全可以自己煮。 缺點：首都高就在旁邊所以晚上會有重機經過超吵， 房間燈光，只有黃光太昏暗，房間冷氣會直吹頭，整晚睡的忽冷忽熱的。 整體來說還是推薦入住 ”
