The room was dirty and was infested with roaches. The remote to the TV did not work so had to use buttons on TV which would get stuck and one was broken. Refused to give me clean towels. And the ice machine was under lock and key and there was no staff around to help.

The manager Nancy she's a sweetheart and they are very understandable people. They take good care of their property. And the rooms are very clean when you Check-in.

The only thing i like is that its cheap. Everything else is ridiculous. The staff aren't nice. You ask them questions, you receive attitudes. The room was very smelly. No matter whats wrong with the wrong...you wont get a refund no matter what...they will deny any refunds. The room had dirt spots in it. It has gaps in the doors. Hood ppl hang out at night.....some ppl look suspicious hanging outside 2am to 4am in the morning.... sometimes u smell drugs and weed while inside the room...and when you pass certain doors......also, no wired internet connection. And wireless (wi-fi) its very slow. Its to the point i stayed elsewhere until my time was up...then came back on my final day to return keycard.
Smell weed alot here...could be unsafe at night.
