Gather in the full kitchen to prepare a meal for everyone to enjoy in the ample dining areas, or to grab a snack after playing an arcade game! Relax in the living room or head outside to the backyard for a dip in the sparkling pool as the kids romp around!

If you're looking for some fun adventures or day trips, the home is conveniently located within driving distance of Dallas, Topgolf, Shops at Legacy, and the Stonebriar Centre!

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The fireplace is not for guest use.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Disappointing
For the extremely high additional fees charged by the property manager, Vacasa, we expected more. Upon arrival, the floor and sides of the pool were covered in a green/brown substance. One of the toilets was clogged and we ended up having to fix it ourselves (30 minutes plunging and flushing) because Vacasa couldn’t send anyone until after 8:30pm (we checked in at 4pm). The house and landscaping were in disrepair- which was surprising since one of the fees Vacasa charges is for repairs to fix damages. The cleaning was also mediocre. We found a Cheeto in the middle of the living room floor and used cup on the patio from prior renter.

Beautiful and cozy home. Well stocked with things one would need for a stay. Super comfy couch and plenty of snuggle blankets. Great place for a quiet stay. Even has Pac-Man for a classic bit of fun.

Girls Trip
Immediately was impressed by the communication given prior to check in, as well as an early check in option because the cleaning crew finished early. Once I arrived I was asked about the cleanliness which was much appreciated! The unfortunate part was the people who clean the house aren’t the ones who handle the pool so the floats were deflated. The space, atmosphere, vibes, and decor were all ideal! We loved it. Only real downside was the parking because out back where residents would normally park is where the trash is housed. Trash day is on Tuesday, so naturally on a weekend trip here the trash is spilling over, stinks, and has drawn bugs. If you park on the street you’re fine though! I’d still recommend this place to anyone!

Great house but pool needs work
The house was perfect for our family Memorial Day get-together except for the pool. The pool was in poor condition and unusable. It was dirty and didn't circulate properly leaving debris on the bottom as well as in the water. In addition, there was no cover on the drain. It was very disappointing especially since this was Memorial Day and we had kids who were expecting to be able to swim and couldn't.

Hits and Misses
The house is in a good location and in a very nice neighborhood. We experienced problems upon arrival (for a 7 day stay) some things were handled immediately-one shower was completely inoperable(looking back at reviews it appears since 10/22), lights burnt out in laundry room & walk in closet, no propane for grill. All these things were handled Saturday morning. What wasn’t handled was the washing machine. A repair tech arrived on Saturday but was unable to fix. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday I text our rep with no response! Wednesday someone finally came only to tell me they’d be back to fix on Friday. The day we left! I spent hours at a local laundry mat, because I needed to not only my families clothes but bath and kitchen towels cleaned as well. Not how I thought I’d spend vacation. They pool table would’ve been great if only both cues weren’t broken. The exhaust fans in both bathrooms were beyond disgusting, if you turned them on stuff spit out of them. I was told we’d be compensated for the problems we experienced, only to have silence then finally a response that there is no record of such a promise. I’ve given them ample time to follow up and still have received no calls or messages.

Nice option and 7 min from a lot of places
Loved the kitchen and dining area. Beautiful set up. The pool was perfect temperature but I was disappointed the floor was dirty. I tried to brush and collect with the tools but I am not a pool expert. It would have been nice to have one of those cleaners go around and ensure no dirt was on floor. Inside is very nice but if it was my Vrbo I would invest in 15 bags of mulch to enhance the front and pool side. The outside pool area had trash around it. I would definitely stay again. Very quiet neighborhood.

Summer Vacation
This was by first time booking any kind of home and the process was stress free! Check in process was very easy and address and instructions were sent to me in a timely manner. The home was very cozy and fit everyone every well and we all loved the location! We would recommend beach towels for the pool, as we did have to keep washing and drying the towels to be able to use them for the pool and for showering. Also, lights on the fence by the pool would have made a nice touch as well. Overall I would highly recommend staying here!

Not great...
Initially the property appeared to be clean and well kept, but the longer you are there the more you notice the filth and poor craftsmanship in the renovation. The pool was also disgusting and unusable. This was reported immediately and not remedied. The electric in the master suite went out on our last evening and power was out in those rooms. This was reported as well, but not remedied. This was easily the worst experience I have at a VRBO and it seemed like there was no interest in providing a comfortable stay with all the listed amenities available.

House was very nice and clean. The only things that could have been better was the condensation love me for the A/C stopped up last night and was leaking all the way into the middle room. The master shower drain was stopped up as well. The pool was not clean either so we could not use.

Nice home in a simple suburban community
Home has been recently renovated it appears. Inside is very nice with good amenities and a well-stocked kitchen. Roomy with a nice communal area for family activities. Walking distance to a nice little park. A train track runs behind the houses across the street, but it was almost like white noise, and we only heard a horn once in 4 days of visiting.
