The sound insulation upstairs and downstairs is super poor, and the response is useless at all. The bed sheets in the room were dirty, the sofa was broken, the carpet was dirty, the toilet was dirty, the pillows were dirty, and the towels were dirty. Not enough parking spaces. Would not recommend at all. very bad.

We recently stayed at this hotel in Dallas and booked two rooms with what were supposed to be queen beds. Unfortunately, the beds were much smaller—closer to full size—and very uncomfortable. The pillows were oddly shaped: small on the outside, but too thick and lumpy inside. The amenities were also lacking. One of our rooms had no towels, and neither had basic toiletries like shampoo or conditioner. There was no iron provided either. Pool and hot tub area was extremely dirty. There was visible dirt floating in the hot tub, and ants crawling all around the pool. It was clear the area hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained. We didn’t sleep at all during our stay. Even the kids were restless and up all night. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience for $100 a night for each room.

The building looks like they updated it, but it still has the old feel and smell. We had to call the front desk to be moved to another room. The first one we were given smelled terrible! For the price it was good. Night stands were not cleaned off; there were rings from drinks left behind. The room felt muggy at times possibly from the lack of a ventilation from the bathroom. Everything else was good. Make sure if you want your linens changed to request it.

This was highly inconvenient and affected the overall cleanliness and comfort of my room. Additionally, I discovered feces on the toilet in room 204 on the day of check out, which was both shocking and unacceptable. Furthermore, when I asked for clean blankets, I was informed that none were available. This lack of basic amenities greatly impacted my ability to enjoy my stay and left me feeling rather disheartened. The jacuzzi was dirty and unusable, with a green slim on the top of the water. The elevator is unsafe to use. I noticed a member of your housekeeping team was stuck inside the elevator on Monday morning yelling and banging on the door. When I told the front desk someone was stuck the girl said she thought she was imaging something. You should invest your funds and get it fixed immediately. I would also recommend training your front desk to be professional and helpful, but I'm not surprised at their lack of urgency to help if they are used to working in these unsafe conditions.
