The fire alarm went off at 10 pm. Took a while to get it shut off. About 3 am someone tried to get into our room.
The front staff could not speak English.

When we checked in desk person seemed inconvenienced to have to help us.
We paid $50 to them for parking so we could catch shuttle to airport.
When we got to turn in room key next morning we were told that we were not registered for shuttle.
I tried to explain to desk clerk (,very limited english) we were never told to sign up for shuttle.
When it became apparent that we would have to drive to airport I asked for refund of my extended parking. I was given major attitude and he threw a piece of paper with his managers #.
He also got into argument with shuttle driver.
Would not recommend due to very poor customer service

It was ok. Cheap n cheerful. Breakfast was ok too. Not impressed with the disposable plates. Good that it has a shuttle bus to the airport which you have to book in advance.

Very much a motel not a hotel. The pull out bed was not usable as the mattress went through the frame and landed on the floor. The room was old and in massive need of updating. The bathroom was very basic and the shower wall dirty. I would not recommend or stay here again.

This place was dirty and sketchy. I called to talk to someone about possibly setting up shuttle service and the phone just kept ringing off so I called her 800 number. I got through to someone and told him I was trying to contact the front desk so he said he’ll text me the number for the front desk. I said OK thank you. I never got that text so I called the original number back that I was calling before then someone answers the phone hello. HELLO??? What kind of business answers the phone with just hello. So I said hello they said yes. I said is this a hotel they said yes I am like OK. They tell me they don’t have a shuttle service so I said fine and got an uber. Then when I showed up to check in, they asked me what time I would like my shuttle service for the next day. He handed me my key and I said OK we’re room number 403. He says yes. I said OK so where is it upstairs? downstairs? around the corner what? How do you just hand someone a key and then that’s it? Am I just used to a different type of customer service where they usually say OK this is your room number. It’ll be down the hall and up the elevator on this level. I thought that was pretty standard knowledge in the customer experience service business. We get into the room and it’s pretty dingy. My son used the bathroom and says there’s blood on the mat in the shower. I was so creeped out by it that I put our chairs in front of the doors in there.

Not bad for what we paid for. The only annoying thing was to get our key cards reset everyday. The plumbing in the tub was a bit poor.

Rooms were a little outdated, but ok for a one night stay. Airport shuttle runs every hour, and only for certain times.
