Extremely Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Misleading Information
We recently stayed at this hotel for three nights, hoping to try something different. Unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations. There is virtually no customer service offered here. The front desk staff seemed poorly trained and unable to handle even basic requests. Much of their time was spent answering calls from guests asking for essentials like towels, toilet paper, and other amenities—requests that clearly indicated a lack of proactive service.
The hotel’s concept tries to appear elegant, but it comes off as cheap and poorly executed. For instance, our room reservation included “two free drinks,” which turned out to be two small bottles of warm water—definitely misleading.
We were told that rooms are “refreshed” every other day, but this never happened. I personally went to the front desk to request a refresh (new towels, trash removal, and the bed made). The staff seemed confused by the request and even asked if they needed to remove the trash—something that should be standard. When we returned, the room had not been cleaned, the trash was untouched, the bed left as it was, and three towels were simply left on the kitchen counter.
To make matters worse, the ice machine was broken and trash bags were sitting outside multiple rooms on our floor for extended periods. It’s clear that the hotel is understaffed and not equipped to handle even basic operations.
