Front Apartment of Private Estate right off of Joe Pool Lake! Sitting right on the hill, this private room has all you need for a little getaway.

Come enjoy all our awesome apartment has to offer for a cozy stay, or go enjoy some fun on the lake, you will not be disappointed!

- Front Entry Patio, and driveway access will potentially be shared with any potential guest booking the back attached home + separate garage + backyard.
- There will be a door, entire room, and another door in-between the Main House and attached apartment. The in-between room is locked on both sides when not booking the entire estate.
- This includes the front attached apartment, with 1 bedroom, living room, dining & kitchen area, stacked washer and dryer inside, 1 attached 2-car garage and driveway entry.
- Driveway spots and basketball hoop priority is given to potential guests booking house, and if so extra parking on the street is available past 2 cars in garage.
- Garage has ramp-up to the door
- Full kitchen, and cooking supplies

Easy access off the main road/bridge, Lakeridge Pkwy.

Parking on property in the 2 car garage attached to the apartment.
Additional parking on street if needed, cannot block driveway.

We will be available to assist with anything you need and otherwise leave you fully with your uninterrupted privacy. Access to the unit, check-in & out, and communication will be fully automated with smart locks and a unique access code for a seamless experience! We are a property management group local in Mansfield with over 13 years of property management experience. We will not be in the neighborhood but will be readily available and in the area should anything arise. We will supply you with all the contact information you need to get ahold of us, and we have multiple people on staff so you can be served as quickly as possible.

You will be minutes away from Joe Pool Lake. There are many things to do in the surrounding areas, and you will be within 30 minutes access to all of it!

This home is located in a highly sought-after Lake Ridge neighborhood with views of Joe Pool Lake. This is an exclusive neighborhood with executive homes. A quiet area with lots of space for everyone, between the pool side area, upper deck, and back balcony. Close access to Highway 67 and Texas 360 Toll.

[Reservation Holder]
It is required that the named reservation holder is one of the occupants staying in rental, and you may be required to verify prior to check-in.

[Booked Guest Count]
Booked Guest Count must be accurate to the best of your ability, and can be altered prior to arrival. We reserve the right to require correction, withhold access, or cancel your reservation if you arrive with an excess of a guest count, or is otherwise brought to our attention. Necessary accommodations will only be prepared for the listed amount of guests.

[Events/Parties]
NO parties or events unless explicitly granted privilege IN WRITING. You must also acknowledge:

• Unauthorized Event/Party: If it is discovered renter has an unauthorized party or event of any kind, renter will be immediately be charged an initial fee of $500 for the violation. This does not include any additional expenses or fees we may incur in an effort to clean/remedy the property back to the condition it was provided to renter.

• Demand to Vacate: You may be ordered to vacate the property immediately if we discover a violation of event/party policy, and in this event, no refund will be provided.

[Pets]
NO pets allowed.

[Payment Processing]
Refunds requested by the traveler, and cancellations initiated by the traveler, may be subject to forfeiting the payment processing fee (~3%) depending on the booking platform used for payment that has been collected directly by us. Payments made to channels are will be based on that entity's policies.

[Early/Late Check-In/Out]
Any early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved beforehand. We can only accommodate this if it is not affecting a turnover after a previous guest or a turnover for same-day check-in. If we approve, the fee schedule is as follows:

[Damages]
• If renter damages the home or any of its belongings, renter may be charged up to the full amount of any needed repair/replacement of items or conditions.
• The renter will be responsible for reimbursing expenses to replace/repair any items/contents of the rental that are not returned/present on check-out or damaged requiring replacement.
• The renter is responsible for any additional cleaning expenses incurred that are not due to normal wear and tear, or standard use of the rental.

[Holdover]
• Failure to Vacate the Property within 30 mins of Check-Out Time/Turnover Crew’s arrival after Check-Out Time: $50

Communication was great. Place is located in a quiet area. Apt was clean. Access to major highway was easy. Loved the rolling hills. Just wish I had a chance to run them. Would definately recomend.

great place other guest's parking was the only issue.

The stay was great. It was perfect for my needs. The only negative were the other guests and their lack of consideration for parking. We had one vehicle and they had 4 and we were unable to park in the garage provided for us. They blocked everything and maybe asign one space minimum for guests or perhaps this was just an inconsiderate houseguest. I plan on staying again when I am in town. I loved it!

Not Executive

The pictures are great but the actual upkeep of the property is horrible and embarrassing. No mulch in flower bends with tall weeds, grass was tall as my knees and the bushes hung over the sidewalks. Bird poop ! mounds! at the entry way door was disgusting. No lights at night on porch or front of house (we had to use flashlights). So we started making sure we were in before dark and my child was scared and so was I. There was a light by garage in the back (keypad to enter didn’t work until day6 or7) The thermostat would cut off and say “no communication” I reached out to Kyle and sent pictures (who on day 1 was very responsive) then he went mute. I asked him to call me twice, I never received a phone call. I escalated my concerns to John. He got someone to cut yard by day 8-9 into our 10 day stay. After my second message to John he mentioned Kyle was working on compensating us for all the inconveniences. Same pattern: still waiting hadn’t heard anymore from this management company. Positive the cleaning crew was so nice and understanding and also sent pictures in to company.

Very Clean, Well Decorated, Private.

This is my second time staying here and i've already booked a 3ed. This Cedar Hill Neighborhood Is very Nice and secluded but and easy drive to anywhere you need to get. The Apartment attached to the main house where i've been staying is very private and homie. Every amenity you would need is included. The host are very responsive and helpful. If youre staying in the area this is the place to be.
