Diana, a receptionist at 6.30am on 5/9/25, was disgracefully rude and inappropriate for being a customer service. She left a bad impression about the hotel and our stay. I am not sure how the hotel management allows such employee to work in hospitality business. Thank you to the receptionist gentlemen at 2.30 on 5/7/25, however, for being thoughtful.

The moment we pulled into the parking lot of this hotel, we saw a man checking car doors to see if they were unlocked. We originally believed it was his car then noticed his mannerisms and how he was looking around for other cars to check. The parking lot is hardly lit so that makes it very easy for sketchy people to steal from cars. If that wasn’t the first red flag, it should’ve been the walk to our room. The walls, elevator, and hotel doors obviously have been through many years of being unkept. I have never stayed in a hotel where my room was this disgusting. The bathroom was filthy. Shower had some sort of residue stuck on the floor, the drain had orange stains from what I can imagine hasn’t been properly cleaned from previous guests, the sink in the bathroom had remnants of a guest’s makeup products, and the worst part was our bed. I pulled back the blankets to reveal hair all in the sheets. Multiple people’s hair strands all in our bed, and on the pillow cases. My boyfriend and I immediately grabbed our bags, demanded a refund and book a room at a different hotel. This has caused me to never want to stay at a Holiday Inn ever again. The worst experience for a frequent traveler. The pictures that they are advertising are extremely miss leading. Please be aware of the cleanliness, safety and security of this specific hotel. Although they may claim they are renovating, this is not the case here.

Room was very dirty. very noisy from inside the room as well, we could hear the tv from the room next to us. The sink in the bathroom would not drain and there was pubic hairs all over the bathroom. The blanket had makeup of blood on it in several places. Being in Frisco and so close to The Star, we expected so much more.

It was being renovated and not until we got there were we told. Looks like the room was partially done being renovated but stopped long enough for us to stay there. The shower was disgusting and I wouldn’t shower in it. Overall disappointed. I’m sure it will be nice when it’s done but it’s not there yet at all

Gross! Used dental floss on the floor, some white substance sprayed on the curtains, carpet was badly soiled, bathroom was in rough shape and not all of the lights worked. It was just yuck and weird.

They are lying about this property on this app! Whole hotel under construction stuff in hallways they tried to make us stay in a room that was so dingy and down a long hallway by a back unsecured door!! When I said it was unacceptable for $139 I was argued with and asked to “show them”. After letting them know I was not staying here she gave me my refund but still tried to justify the conditions. We literally had to walk over and through construction workers!!

The breakfast was very good. The building is in poor condition, though it looked like they were starting some much needed renovations on it. The shower handle could not be turned to hot, so the water was cold. I did tell them at the desk, and maintenance did "fix" it so we were able to get hot water. This was not just our room. Our son's room also had the same issue.
