Gnats everywhere including dead ones inside the refrigerator, balcony taped shut, dirty windows overlooking the dog park COVERED with dog poop, air filter looked like it had never been replaced and had the entire place smelled damp. Cracks in the walls. Theres an access door right by the unit door and shuts loudly so not a quiet nights sleep. Pleanty of street parking right next to the unit, so no need to deal with the ridiculous parking garage situation.

It was great to have the amenities of a fully furnished apartment. The check in was cumbersome due to it not being clearly stated in the check in instructions that there are two buildings separated by a parking garage. We found it but it is not clearly signed or mentioned in the check it steps to find the apartment.

The studio is very nice. Spacious, very well equipped, with everything one would need. The area is not great, there are a few restaurants within walking distance, but overall is not pedestrian or pretty.

Medical stay.

This place was very close to the hospital for us. Very easy to access. The place was very pretty and clean. Accommodation were great the only complaint was that too much light comes in the windows at night in the bedrooms. Maybe some blackout window covers would help. Would recommend it.

Positives- As depicted room and clear communication. Close to airports which is nice and medical district. Negatives- Building entry door jammed and we found it left open on many occasions and made worse as areas behind/around the property were sketchy. The apartment needed some updates in the bathroom. Fixtures were older. Rust on ceiling vents etc. Would be nice to have full length mirror available. Kitchen was nice to have. We had some confusion getting to the right parking area in the garage but after we figured it out all was okay.

Eine große und nette Unterkunft! Vom Parken bis zum betreten der Wohnung ist es etwas kompliziert, aber man hat sich wirklich größte Mühe gegeben jeden einzelnen Schritt für den Check in zu beschreiben. Die Gegend ist ist gut, wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt! Das Apartment hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Hier und da klebte es oder es lagen Krümel herum. Ich bin großer Fan der Kasa Apartments!

Kasa in Dallas.

Our stay was very nice. The property was located near UT southwestern medical center. It was easy to find and had a store nearby so that we could purchase groceries. The only turn off that we had about the property was the fact that the hallway opened up to the pool area in the middle with no division between the hallway to the apartment and the outside. Therefore the temperature in the hallway is the same as the outside. That is just a minor thing though. The apartment was well laid out, supplied with utensils, towels, and etc.
