The hotel’s location was convenient—centrally positioned between the entertainment venues we planned to visit, which made getting around easy and efficient. However, the overall experience was mixed. Upon arrival, we noticed a persistent mildew odor throughout the hallways and in our room, which detracted from the cleanliness and comfort of the stay. While the staff weren’t particularly outgoing, they were courteous and helpful when approached. One of the more disappointing aspects was that the pool area was closed off one evening for a private event, which limited our access to amenities we expected to enjoy. Additionally, parking during that event was extremely congested, and there was a near altercation in the lot that made the environment feel unsafe. There was also considerable noise from neighboring rooms, although that’s more a reflection of the guests than the hotel itself. Overall, the stay was adequate for our needs, but several inconveniences would make me reconsider booking here again in the future

Our room smelled very strong of mold/mildew. The carpet was so warn that there was a 2 foot patch missing. The couch was so broken that the cusions were at two different levels. Also the desk chair was jammed under the desk, not able to get out from under the desk.

HORRIBLE!! OVER-PRICED!!! 2-star hotel for a 4-star price!!! Rooms not updated since the 70s!!! The hallways and rooms also smelled musty. Instead of replacing the decades old carpets, they just tried to clean them. Only the lobby was updated!! I wish I could have slept there. The room pictured was NOT the room that I was given. I booked the King Suite that was in the picture. The front desk said that was the DELUXE King Suite. THEN, CHANGE THE PICTURE TO MATCH!!! WORST STAY EVER IN MY YEARS IF TRAVELING.!!! NOISY!!! There was a loud hum vibrating loudly in the bathroom and around the bed. I WAS UP ALL NIGHT!!! MY EARS STILL HURT. Staying in the airport would have been more comfortable.

The hotel was not quite as we had hoped. The staff were great but the room was a bit motel-ish. We booked 2 rooms, and one them did not have the bed made when we checked in. Our room was okay but my gf said the carpet was wet where she was standing by the bed.

My husband and I stayed a night after a concert at AT&T stadium. The hotel was nice and even though there was an event that night we didn’t hear any loud noise. The bed was comfortable and it provided all we needed.

The online views of the rooms looked good, but the room I had was bad (2nd floor). The carpet was nasty, the TV was very old and the service my have given me 10 channels and yes, they had my card for incidentals. The bathroom was very very small. The sheet were clean and I was to tired to find a different hotel (10pm) and load my car back up, so I stayed the night but was out of their first thing. I will not stay there again. The price was about $15 less than the well know brands but I received a $100 less in quality.
