Check-in went soso. Once I made it to my room, I noticed the floor was dirty from hair to other small pieces of "whatever" it was scattered about. The bathroom vanity was not wipped down, as broken pieces of " something" were left by the sink. I opted to just get in the bed, but to my surprise, the sheets appeared o be cleaned. However, both beds had hair and stains on the sheets. I was still going to tough it out and sleep with my clothes on and just take a shower the next day. So, I decided to watch TV to take my mind off the state of the room, but the back was missing off the remote control, and one of the batteries was missing. I went to call the front desk, but the front desk phone simply rang, and eventually, I received a busy signal. Tried that twice. Even had a friend call the front desk, just for the front desk to say, 1. Something is wrong with that room phone, and 2. they can't connect them to my room without my permission. After a few minutes, I tried the front desk again. this time, they answered and informed me that something was wrong with the phoneline in my room and that I received a call, but they would not connect without my permission. However, I never received a call from the front desk to alart me of this call because, as they stated, they tried, but Something was wrong with the phone that was in my room. I went down to the front desk to check out and informed them why. Their reply, you wont get a refund no matter if it was an hour or two hours. I said
