Sitting area under Mexican Palm cabana, and more sitting area. Inside, Large kids game room. TV in the master bedroom, living room, and game room. Two dining tables inside. Central location to everywhere, close To DFW airport.

House rules :

1. Party rules: No Party is allowed. This house is located in a safe, nice, quiet, peaceful, and friendly neighborhood. Unauthorized events are not allowed. Outdoor quiet time is 10 pm - 8:00 am. Pre-approval is required for any visitors.

2. Parking: Only parking on the back driveway or in front of our house only. No parking in front of any neighbor's house, no blocking mailboxes. and 6 cars is the max.

3. Spa /Pool heat: The pool can be scheduled to be heated only between 10 am to 9.30 pm upon advanced request only. The heater system only accommodates the entire pool at 82-85 degrees or spa to 99 degrees.
The heat fee is $80 per day for the pool and spa.
If you only need the spa heat - $50 per day.
Pool heater :
If the outdoor temperature is above 50 degrees, heating the entire pool to 82-85 degrees is possible within 10-12 hours, but if the outdoor temperature is lower than 50 degrees, heating the entire pool is very challenging, and may not be warm enough for swimmers, please keep this in mind. Actually, running the heater under 40 degrees can be detrimental to the unit, so our pool heater will not be operated if the temperature is at or below 40 degrees.

Spa Heater.
Spa heat can reach 95-99 degrees within 2 hours
(the same operational temperatures apply for Spa heating)
If the outdoor temperature is 40 degrees or lower heater is not going to be operated to protect the unit.


4. Our nightly rate covers the first 8 guests, for extra guests, $20/ per night / per guest. Please book with an accurate guest count, the system will provide an accurate quote before the booking is finalized. (Not a party venue home) Outdoor quiet time is 9.30pm , No parking in front of neighbors' house . Visitors needs pre-approval , Unauthorized guests are not allowed.

5. Illicit Drugs or Activities: Strictly no illicit drugs or activities permitted on the property, and no excessive alcohol consumption. If it is discovered that guests are not adhering to this rule their reservation will be canceled without refund and will have to vacate the property.

No smoking or vaping inside the home.

6. After you check in , if there are any issues with the house , please let the hosts know right away , Issues need to be addressed during the stay. thank you.

7. Violation of the main house rules (noise ordinance violations, unauthorized /excessive guests and/or vehicles parking in front of the neighbor's houses ) can constitute a cancelation of your booking .

8. Pets needs preapproval , pet fee $20 per pet per stay.
