The carpet in the room smelled damp, like it was wet, and it gave off a strong odor. The staff member at the front desk seemed careless and more focused on her phone than assisting guests. I had to check in while she was on a personal call. As I was leaving, I asked if I needed a parking permit, and she responded with “of course,” as if I should have known already.
Later, I returned to request extra pillows and blankets since there were four of us and we had paid extra for them. She told me she didn’t know where they were. I asked how I could find out or who I should speak to, and she said she would call her manager. She made a call, asked for my room number, and told me someone would bring them within 15–20 minutes. However, we never received the pillows or blankets.
