Everything is great here! We stayed for about a week. The environment and sanitation are all very good. It's not shabby! It's brand new. Our neighbor was very noisy in the first two days of our stay, but the staff dealt with it in time! solved the problem! The staff is also very nice!

The staff was absolutely amazing! Only one small hiccup with our tv but was fixed immediately, the rooms are clean, bed is super comfy. Sad we had to cut our trip short due to work, but we will be back soon enough!

Love this place!! Mgr TI is awesome! Place is family owned and run very well. Very clean! Everyone was super friendly and accommodating! I was only in town for 3 days to see family. I stayed for 3 nights and found it very price worthy. It was much cheaper than other hotels but the property was nice like 4 star hotel. The pool area was great and our room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. I recommend this hotel to others.

Very old facility but attempts to update the room, new beds and bedding. Room was clean but rather large roach, not the one that someone might smoke, crawled across the floor on 2 different occasions. AC blew cold but took a bit before water ran hot. Wife was not a fan of the room but i would stay again, note I could sleep in my truck and be content if this helps.

My advice would be to carefully sift through the negative reviews because this place is excellent. The key is for the price you are getting incredible value. All friendly staff, nice newer furniture, great pool, restaurant with great food, can uber easily right down to the stadium in 5 mins, awesome wifi and selection of TV channels, water pressure was powerful with lot's of hot water. Room was clean and smelled like a new fresh clean room. I did not have a car but parking is easy and plentiful. Hose keeping were top notch and checked in on my needs frequently. I think the reason it gets some bad reviews is because it is near the interstate and does not look like the Hilton on the outside. You did not pay for the hilton. You paid 60 dollars for a room 6 min drive from the Stadium and shopping with wonderful staff, nice rooms, and a great pool. The reviewer who said there was drug dealing in the parking lot was patently wrong. I stayed for 5 days and even at 1 in the morning it was a ghost town just like any other motel. Completely unfair to this place to say things like that because it is paranoid rambling. This place does not even have the vibe of some run down place. It is safe
