Family Stay

We were in town for a five day stay for a volleyball tournament downtown and the house was exactly what we needed. Perfect for our family of 4 small dog. The house was clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood and had a wonderful outdoor space for the dog. The outdoor deck is absolutely beautiful with a huge ceiling fan and a TV. There is a TV in two of the bedrooms, which we really appreciated.

This was our favorite VRBO in Dallas. It was in a great neighborhood and close to so many great things Dallas offers. It was clean when we arrived and perfect for visiting with a great flow between rooms and open kitchen. The deck was a really great feature and perfect for playing outside with our puppy away from the rain. I really appreciated the framed instructions in the rooms that explained the rules and any quirks the house had.

Great house in a great location

The house overall was great for what we needed, multiple rooms for our kids to sleep to rest from the days adventures in Dallas, minor issues such as remote control problems for the TV and the switch doesn’t work unless you already have a Nintendo account.

Great place!

Nice, spacious and extremely clean house in a quiet neighborhood .The back patio was wonderful! Great location to restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. Host was very prompt with all responses. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Great house, yard, and host!

3 BR house with fully fenced yard perfect for our family of two adults, infant, and dog. The host was responsive and helpful. The deck space is a lovely spot for relaxing and eating as the weather cools off!

Delightful and convenient

We stayed at this home so that we could be near our daughter and family immediately after the arrival of our grandson. The home was very comfortable! The beds were excellent, the neighborhood was pleasant and safe, and the host was helpful when we had trouble getting into the home on arrival. Not only did she help us resolve our issue but she checked back in with us later to verify that all issues had been resolved. Very good customer service! Although we could not use the covered porch much because of the heat, it was a highlight of the home. We get up early and loved being to enjoy our coffee in the fresh air with the fans going, An interesting twist in our stay was that our daughter, son-in-law and newborn grandson had to move in with us for the last two days of our stay . The house accommodated all the additional people and pets with no trouble. Viviana was very kind in accommodating us as we added people and extended the stay so that our daughter’s family could stay for the following week. Viviana is quite the hostess and made us feel welcome, even though our situation changed mid-stay. Highly recommend this home for groups and families who are looking for a quiet and comfortable place to relax. Close to all that Northeast Dallas offers but a quiet, calm oasis.

Family trip to Dallas

The property felt clean and comfortable for a family with kids. Having a small chair for eating and pack-and-play is very handy for a toddler. The communication was great. We didn’t get to use the patio much because of the heat and mosquitos when we were visiting. The location was a little out of the way but still close enough to get to some of the attractions. Thank you!

Another trip to Dallas

My wife and I get to Dallas on a regular basis (and oftentimes with our dogs). First time staying at this place and it worked out great for 4 of us and our two medium sized dogs. The place was very clean and the yard a good size. It was fairly easy traveling to the Downtown Dallas area - with good routes for when we wanted to avoid the highways. We are going back to Dallas in November and, depending on the size of our group, I would look to rent this home again.

We had a great time in Dallas !

This house was perfect for my family and our stay. We have a toddler and infant so the porch was a perfect touch for them to play on! They also had toys and games for the kids to play with. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. Location was good and neighbors were friendly. My kids loved the swing out front. This house felt like home for the few days we were there. Would recommend and rent again.

Super cute house with a great patio!

This house was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. I felt very safe and comfortable staying there by myself. The neighborhood is quiet and I didn’t get to spend as much time relaxing here as I had hoped but it’s a great spot!!! Oh and the swing and front porch are were really nice amenities!!!

Great family place to stay

The house was great for my family to stay with my older parents and my 1 year old nephew. The pack and play, slide, and kids toys were great and our dogs were able to play outside. The only thing I would have changed was the water pressure. The deck is spectacular and only wish we could have used it more if the weather had cooperated! Would stay again.

Son’s College Conference Swim Meet

We were in Dallas to see our son swim at SMU for his conference meet. The house was wonderful! It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds were extremely comfortable and the patio and backyard were wonderful for our dog! The neighborhood was very quiet. It was an easy drive to SMU too! We tried several of the restaurants that were listed as favorites. Would absolutely return!!!

Perfect Place to stay while visiting adult kids in Dallas

Viviana and Will’s property was a lovely quiet little hideaway with everything we needed to enjoy our stay over Thanksgiving week. The kitchen was spotless and well equipped. The master bed was very comfortable, and the living room was comfortable and inviting for family games. We enjoyed takeout one night under the cozy warmth of the heat lamp. There were four of us, so we only used two of the bedrooms, but the bunk beds would be great fun for kids. Viviana was very quick to respond when we had questions, and we loved the house. Would stay there again.

Exactly as pictured

The property was exactly as pictured, this place is beautiful. When we walked it there was a snack basket on the counter which was such a thoughtful gesture. After a long day of travel and arriving very late we were all in need of a snack. I was so thankful when I walked in and saw the snack basket. The house was clean, much better for a family of 5 than a standard hotel room. The porch was great for evening movies and spending time together.
