I accidentally scheduled for the wrong night in the middle of an emergency and when I arrived and learned of this the front desk staff was pretty indifferent to the situation, required me to book a new night, and refused to switch my accommodation over to the night I needed despite there being availability. So I ended up having to pay for two nights despite only needing one in the middle of an emergency and with nowhere else to go. I was extremely dissatisfied with the service and lack of empathy, understanding, and problem solving and accommodation from the hotel staff, especially under the circumstances.
